Enjoy Rainy Season with Traditional Pakora [Recipe]

Talking about traditional dishes in rainy seasons, Pakora is popular in South Asia especially in Pakistan and India. It is really easy and quick to cook recipe. Especially in rainy days people enjoy rain by serving tea with Pakora. Mostly girls in this part of world love to eat Pakoras.

Do you Know How to Cook Pakora?

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour (Besan)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • oil for frying
  • vegetables: Onions, potato, dhania as required
  • 1/2 cup waterPakoras_dish

Preparation:

  • Put the flour, salt and chili powder into a bowl.
  • Pour in sufficient water to make a thick batter and beat well until smooth
  • Drop in the potatoes, onions and dhania to coat with batter.
  • Heat the oil in a deep pan, drop in the battered and deep-fry until crisp and golden.
  • Remove from the pan
  • Serve hot with tea.
