Weight loss isn’t always easy especially for women. It takes time but when you start realizing you are overweight and conscious about your looks. You can use different diet plan or sometime supplements, but it’s been prove that supplements are somewhat having different site effects.
But don’t I am here sharing with you all a simple and easily to follow Diet Plan that can reduce your weight if you use it properly. So take a look a Diet Plan below;
- You start your day with Breakfast, so you eat fruits in your breakfast.
- Brown bread and one boil egg is also best for breakfast.
- For lunch, you can have your normal meal and add lot of salad in your lunch.
- Drink a lot of water at least 2.5 liters daily. Water is very useful for good health.
- Avoid having coffee or tea, if you really want to have tea, go for green tea.
- Avoid eating fast food.
- In evening some fresh juice and eat a normal dinner, with lots of salads.
- Avoid use of rice. If you wanted to have rice, boil rice or chine’s rice is best option.
- Use boils meat and salad in your daily diet.
- Avoid sugar in your diet.
- Eat your foods slower.
- Dinner include vegetable, salad and fruit of your own choice.
- Walk up and down of stairs for 10 minutes.
- Skipping is also best to reduce weight.

OK, i live in egypt, and have no fitness equipment, and you cant really buy it here, so im wondering if anybody knows a full body workout ( focusing mainly on upper body and core) that just uses exercise’s, no bars or weights or fitness bands or anything like that.
