Summer is always hot
in most parts of the world, especially in Pakistan and India. In summer, sweating is another problem, which can have bad effect on your body. Well mention it or not there is big issue for women, as to take care of their hairs from drying, and harmful sun rays.
To cut the story short i am sharing with you some tips, that i strongly suggest you should keep in mind while go out. Keep you save during summer, to avoid dryness, hair color fading, dandruff , frizzy hair and split ends.
- Avoid to use other comb for your hair. Use a comb which has soft bristles.
- Use a good shampoo and conditioner for your hair.

- Apply conditioner after every hair wash or whenever you wet your hair.
- Avoid washing your hair regularly.
- You must wear a scarf, hat or cap to protect your hair from the sun.
- Drink plenty of water to keep your Hair healthy
- Avoid hot water hair wash because heat can damage your hair. Use cool water.
- If you have color treated hair, using a conditioner properly it will prevent your hair color from fading.
- Hair cutting or hair trimming is useful to create or maintain a specific shape and form
- You can apply yogart on your hair leave it for 15min and wash it.This treatment is best to remove dryness of hair.
- You must not leave your hair loose.you must tie it.
- Vitamins B and C are also essential for hair growth.
